China Day 19: Victoria's Secret

Having killed all the time we could, we headed up Victoria Peak. It didn't look too bad at first; the road spiraled up the mountain and we could see over the side. We passed a gorgeous overlook where you could see the whole harbor spread out before you. Then we climbed the rest of the way to the peak, parked in a garage and followed Fred and Frankie up into - a shopping mall. It turns out there's a big multistory shopping mall up there, and that's how you get to the exterior. We walked to the overlook and saw:
